We are so excited it’s the beginning of fall, this means fresh apple cider!  This year we spent over 2 months researching the BEST apple cider Washington had to offer.  We stumbled upon Lattin’s Country Cider from Olympia Wa.  Holy COW, this stuff is amazing, with one sip we knew we had to have their cider in all of our stores and tell all of you about it. We’re serving up two signature drinks the purist, just hot apple cider and caramel apple cider with has our house made caramel sauce in it to sweeten the deal.

These ladies take cider making seriously!  Since 1976, they have been perfecting their very own cider making process.  It starts with apples purchased directly from the same high quality growers every year. The apples are then stored at a PERFECT 32 degree temperature so they are always crisp.

How about 17 to 25 TONS of apples a day in the slow time and up to 75 tons a day around the busier times? To ensure consistent cider flavor, they mix several varieties in just the right combination to produce over 4000 gallons of the best cider every week. All the sorting, cutting and washing is done by hand. Yes, it’s time-consuming, but it eliminates any chance of impurities in the cider.

The apples are ground and pressed into cider, pasteurized and bottled immediately. No additives, preservatives or sweeteners, just great apple flavor. Every batch is tested the old-fashioned way, by tasting it.

Lattin’s Country Cider  is a family owned farm that has been in business since 1976 and they work year around to bring you the highest quality fruits and vegetables. All the products are all homemade from natural ingredients.

All year long you can buy Lattin’s award-winning apple cider, Eastern Washington Fruit, farm fresh eggs, fruit syrups, dried fruit, honey, jam, smoked salmon, Johnson’s Smokehouse meat and cheese products, crisp apples and delicious frozen pies – ready to bake.

The farm is also holds special EVENTS throughout the year. Easter egg hunts, fall apple festival, pumpkin patch with corn mazes, Bluegrass music, tractor- drawn wagon rides and of course yummy food and beverages.

During the winter months the farm transforms into a WINTER WONDERLAND in December with thousands of lights and freshly cut Christmas trees.  It’s a pretty magical place that you should check out, if you can’t go there you can enjoy their cider at any of our stores until the end
