Why the excitement?  Well, our vanilla bean cupcake is not only baked to perfection, it is topped with cinnamon oat streusel, stuffed with FRESH rhubard compote, dolloped with FRESH strawberry buttercream and sprinkled with more crunchy streusel.  Can I get a HECK yeah?
