We had a great time meeting up with our pals and cider specalists Finnriver Cider this afternoon. Starting to think about our fall cupcake line up is not an easy task, but when faced with great cider it becomes way to easy! The word “excitement” does not begin to explain the feeling we have to collaborate with some of Seattle’s best breweries and cider companies. We are creating 4 new fall flavors to roll out this September.
The old saying of one for you……… two for me…….. takes on a whole different meaning when making cupcakes with Finnriver products.
We are itching to get our hands on some of their Forest Ginger Cider made with pine nettles and fresh ginger. For now we are working away with the Pear Wine and Farmstead Cider.
