This is how we like to spend our Friday afternoons in the Creamery; beer, pretzels, bacon, chocolate and toffee.  We are gearing up to make some stout ice cream with Hilliard’s No Doubt Stout.  In it, we plan to mix loads of chocolate covered pretzel, bacon toffee.  Smooth, creamy boozy ice cream with crunchy, sweet and salty inclusions; we think is pure perfection! Why spend your night on a bar stool during happy hour when you can get a scoop of stout ice cream and stroll around the streets of Seattle?

This new concoction will hit all cafes September 1st for our locally brewed series of cupcakes and ice cream.
