Once a year, we open up the cupcake vault, break out the booze, and prepare to make the Irish Cake Bomb.  Many customers seriously love this cake, and buy these things up as if they were bricks of gold found at the end of a double rainbow.

Here’s how this magical gem goes together! First, we use Hilliard’s Murdered Out Stout in our chocolate cake. Then we core out the middle of the cupcake and fill it with Jameson whiskey frosting, then lightly top the cored and filled cake with whipped Irish Cream whip topping.  It is certainly one of our most beloved flavors, and it’s only available for four short days.  So throw on your “Kiss me I’m Irish” t-shirt and get down to one of our cafes for an amazing, chocolatey BOOZE bomb you won’t regret!
