Have you ever wanted a cupcake that offers it all?  Well we have! Our answer is the Raspberry Lemon Pavlova.  Our bakers pour over baking magazines, cook books, blogs, pinterest and, of course, the world-wide web.  This summer, we are introducing the Pavlova for your tasting pleasure! The Pavlova has always been something intriguing to us.  You’ve got creamy, saucy, crunchy and, of course, FRESH. Bam! Turns out that dreams do come true for cupcake lovers!

So, we started to play around with many different recipes, and below is what we came up with.  Our award-winning vanilla bean cupcake with fresh raspberries folded in, and baked to perfection.  Swirled with lip-puckering lemon buttercream.  Drizzled with another hit of raspberry sauce, and topped with a crunchy merignue crisp.

The Pavlova will make her debut in all of our cafes on June, 1st, so let’s not procrastinate! Let’s be planners and come on in to any of our six cafes to enjoy this sassy little number. You will be so glad you did!
