We offer one delivery window, 8am – 1pm. If you would like a specific delivery time, we recommend placing an order for pickup, and contacting one of the Seattle area’s great courier services for delivery.
Please help us successfully deliver your cupcakes. Please provide detailed instructions for the driver if your address is anything less than straight forward. Please leave contact information for someone onsite at the delivery location. Please note if the driver needs to call you in order to gain access to the building.
If no one will be home at the time of delivery, and you would like us to leave the cupcakes unattended, please provide instructions on where to leave the cupcakes in the order notes section during checkout. Please note we cannot be held responsible for damage or theft for unattended deliveries.
If no one is available to accept the cupcakes, they will be returned to our commissary unless we have prior consent to leave the cupcakes at the delivery location. Any undeliverable orders will be available for pickup from our commissary in South Park after 4 pm.
Looks like our cupcakes won't make it that far.
