Who says we pastry folk can’t have a week all to ourselves? Well, we are proud to be apart of Seattle’s first Sweet Week. Come on in and get a “flight” of our Locally Brewed series of ice cream and cupcakes for $5. A flight essentially means you can choose three mini desserts from this line up:
- Tipsy Apple baby cake- fresh apple cupcake with Finnriver apple cider buttercream and apple caramel
- Pumpkin ale baby cake- Pumpkin cupcake swirled with pumpkin ale buttercream by Elysian brewery, topped with spiced pumpkin sseds.
- Hard Apple Cider sorbet made with Seattle Cider Co. Dry Cider
- and/or Stout ice cream featuring Hilliard’s Murdered out stout with bacon, pretzel chocolate covered toffee.
Starting September 25th – 28th. So many great bake shops, scoops shops and restaurants are getting involved to BRING IT! We are honored and excited to be able to offer a miniature Locally Brewed series flight for only five bucks!
